I am close to relocating to Maui or maybe Kona (Coma) where I have a job offer. I am a southeast US Top Gas Bike racer (8.20 at 140 or so) and have a bracket bike. Are there a good number of bike racers there? At some tracks here, bikes have to race cars, which neither driver likes. We mostly do 1/8 mile in the south but I like 1/4 better. I've heard of a guy "The Flyin' Hawaiian" on a bike but can't find a lot of info on bikes out there. Anyone can fill me in??
Thanks
Karen

The Flyin Hawaiian is Mike Bell who is now racing the t/a funny car on the mainland.
We here on the Big Island only have 4 real fast (drag bikes).
I own two of them (suzuki 1428 big tire), my brother in law (gsxr turbo small tire) and our friend suzuki 1428 big tire).
