A quick 8 gambler has been added to the lineup for the Sunday race. Entry will be $25 for the tech card and $100 for the gambler. VITA will retain 15%($120) of the entry fees. Winner take all and will get $680 to win 3 rounds of competition.
The quickest 8 vehicles(out of Top Sportsman and Top Dragster qualifying) will have the oppurtunity to pay the Q8 Gambler entry fee on Saturday night. Tech card fee will be paid to the track on Sunday. If one or more of the quickest 8 choose not to enter, number 9 gets a choice to enter. Cut off will be 9.99. We will be using a Full .500 bracket style tree. I need all of you 9.99 and quicker racers input for rules such as: Electronics or Non Electronics etc.
We have decided to only have one qualifying run which will put the 8 on a pro style ladder by the quickest ET. If two racers have the same ET, higher MPH will get the higher spot.
